May 29th 1955, Born on this day, Mike Porcaro, bass, Toto, (1983 US No.1 & UK No.3 single 'Africa'). won an Album of the Year Grammy for 1982's Toto IV. Porcaro died on 15th March 2015 following a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
