July 8th 1963, Born on this day, Joan Osborne, American singer, songwriter who had the 1996 UK No.6 single 'One Of Us'. She toured with Motown sidemen the Funk Brothers and was featured in the documentary film about them, Standing in the Shadows of Motown.
